I don't write articles like this to be unkind; but rather, to wake people
up. Steve Jobs blatantly rejected Christianity. There is no doubt that Mr.
Jobs went to Hell. If you believe that the holy Bible is the inspired Word
of God, then you cannot argue the point. 1st John 2:22, “Who is a liar
but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth
the Father and the Son.” The Scriptures warn that whosoever denies
Jesus Christ has also denied God the Father. If any man reject Jesus as the
Christ, He is of the Devil:
1st John
4:1-4, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they
are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby
know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is
come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus
Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of
antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already
is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them:
because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
As you've just
read, anyone who denies that Jesus is the Christ is a liar and an
antichrist. The Bible teaches in 1st John 4:1 for believers to try (test)
every spirit, to see whether it is the Holy Spirit of God or a familiar
spirit (demonic). There are only two sources of all spiritual power,
guidance and knowledge: God or Satan. For example: The religion of Buddhism
has a spirit of love, kindness and peaceful thoughts; however, the religion
also totally rejects Jesus as the Christ, the only begotten Son of God.
Therefore, we know Scripturally that Buddhism fails the test presented in
1st John 4:1-4. Buddhism is of the Devil. People often ask, “What gives you
the right to criticize and tear down someone else's religion?” The answer is
the Word of God...
Titus
1:10-13, “For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers,
specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who
subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy
lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The
Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true.
Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith.”
The famous comedian Robin Williams commit suicide this week. I saw a sign
outside a theatre on the news that said Robin Williams is now in Heaven
making God laugh. My friend, God is not laughing because Mr. Williams almost
assuredly went to Hell in his sins. Robin William's never got saved as far
as I can tell. Certainly, there's a tiny chance that he got saved before he
killed himself, but it is highly unlikely. I couldn't find any evidence of a
profession of faith in Jesus Christ in Robin William's life.
Jesus plainly warned in John 3:5-7, “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I
say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot
enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and
that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto
thee, Ye must be born again.” It is simply not true that everyone is
a child of God. Unsaved people think everyone goes to Heaven, but they
don't. Unless you get born-again by faith alone in Jesus Christ Who died on
the cross for your sins, you cannot go to Heaven.
Steve Jobs Wouldn't Heed the Word of God
Jesus called the
two disciples on the road to Emmaus “fools” for being slow to believe the
Scriptures. Apple computer founder, Steve Jobs, was at best
religiously complicated and confused. He rejected Christianity outright and
was a follower of the false religion of Zen Buddhism. Effectively, Jobs was
an atheist because he rejected Christ as God. I mean, whether you believe in
God or believe in a false god, effectively it's the same thing, because
either way you've rejected the one true God of Israel.
All Muslims are
atheists. Why? It's because Islam teaches that their god, Allah, has
no son, so he couldn't have died on the cross for anyone's sins. In sharp
contrast, Biblical Christianity is based upon the truth that God sent His
only begotten (biological) Son into the world to die on the cross in our
place (John 3:16-17), to pay our debt of sin (2nd Corinthians 5:21), so we
could escape eternal damnation in the fires of Hell (Romans 5:9). Thank you
Lord Jesus!!! Anyone who denies Jesus' deity (that He is almighty God Who
came in the flesh, John 1:1-3,14; John 10:33) is an atheist. It is said by
many that Steve Jobs was an atheist, and at best a Zen Buddhist (which
effectively is the same thing as being an atheist Biblically):
Steve Jobs was born in Southern
California to a Muslim Syrian immigrant and an American woman. However, the
couple put Steve up for adoption and he was taken in by Paul and Clara Jobs.
Regarding Christianity, Jobs once told an interviewer that at age 13, he
asked a preacher if God knew about starving children and the preacher
replied that yes, God knew everything. Jobs never again considered
Christianity.
So where did he go from there? Well, it seems like he was confused. He once
said:
Sometimes I believe in God, sometimes I don’t. I think it’s 50-50 maybe. But
ever since I’ve had cancer, I’ve been thinking about it more. And I find
myself believing a bit more. I kind of – maybe it’s cause I want to believe
in an afterlife. That when you die, it doesn’t just all disappear. The
wisdom you’ve accumulated. Somehow it lives on.
At other times, he just sounds totally atheist:
I saw my life as an arc. And that it would end and compared to that nothing
mattered. You’re born alone, you’re gonna die alone. And does anything else
really matter? I mean what is it exactly, is it that you have to lose Steve?
You know? There’s nothing.
What we do know was that Jobs was into Zen Buddhism. He regularly practiced
meditation, traveled to India in search of a personal guru, and even had a
Buddhist officiate his marriage in 1991.

It makes me sad
to think that anyone is in Hell, burning in fire, but that is what the Holy
Bible teaches. Unless your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life friend, you
will be cast into the Lake of Fire forever. Revelation 20:15, “And whosoever
was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
The
Wicked Are Under God's Wrath and Go to Hell
I've heard
Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses and Seventh-Day Adventists (all satanic
religions) claim that the Hebrew word (“Sheol”) for hell in the Old
Testament only means grave. The word means “realm of the dead.” It refers to
the place where the wicked dead go, as proven by Psalms 9:17, “The
wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.”
If the wicked are turned into Hell, and Hell is only the grave, then
this Scripture makes no sense at all, because the righteous also go to the
same grave. Clearly the righteous do not go to the same place as do the
wicked.
In English we
call the place of eternal punishment “Hell.” The Greek is a more powerful
language (similar to computer programming languages), so we actually have
three different words in the Greek for Hell. Tartarus is where the
demons go. The word Hades is the New Testament Greek equivalent to
the Hebrew Sheol. The word Gehenna refers to the Lake of Fire,
the home of the everlasting damned for all eternity (Revelation 20:11-15;

Salvation is
100% completely free, paid for by Jesus' precious blood. If you go to Hell
it will be because you willfully chose to reject the free gift of eternal
life by faith in the Son of God. God's grace is available to everyone,
regardless of what sins you may have committed. If you want to be saved, God
will forgive anybody who acknowledges their sinnership, placing their faith
in Christ Who died on the cross for their sins. We are saved by GOD'S
RIGHTEOUSNESS (Philippians 3:9; Romans 10:3-4; 4:5-6), and not by any human
effort of our own (Titus 3:5; Ephesians 2:8-9).
According to
John 3:18, you are already DAMNED (condemned) if you have not received Jesus
Christ as your personal Savior. Psalms 7:11 warns that God is angry with the
wicked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. God's wrath is upon
all unsaved people. Romans 5:9, “Much more then, being now justified
by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”
Christ is our only hope of escaping the wrath of God upon all sinners,
through the precious, literal, blood, of Jesus which He sprinkled upon the
Mercy Seat in Heaven in the Father's presence (Hebrews 9:12, 9:22-24;
12:24). John 3:36, “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting
life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life;
but the wrath of God abideth on him.”
I've just shared
with you numerous Bible passages which teach that God is angry with the
wicked. The “wicked” are those who have deliberately rejected God's offer of
salvation by receiving Christ as one's personal Savior. If God is faithful,
and He always is, then He cannot deny Himself. The price has been paid for
your sins on the cross. Jesus paid it all. There are no strings attached to
eternal life. Salvation is received, not achieved. It's all yours just for
the taking. What a great Savior! But you must receive Christ or you do not
have it. God never forces anyone to be saved, nor does He hinder people from
getting saved. God never chooses who will or won't be saved.
Please
understand that the only way to make God's anger go away from you is to
appropriate the free gift of eternal life by faith in Christ Jesus. The very
word “PROPITIATION” (modern corrupted versions have foolishly removed this
doctrinal word). 1st John 2:2, “And he is the propitiation for our
sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.”
“Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his
Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”
2nd Peter
2:1, “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there
shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable
heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them,
and bring upon themselves swift destruction.” I am totally awestruck
in amazement every time that I read 2nd Peter 2:1, which says that these
false prophets DENIED THE LORD WHO BOUGHT THEM!!! This evidences that Jesus
did indeed die for the whole world, including all Christ-rejecters and
blasphemers who deny Him.
There are many
reasons why people won't come to Jesus Christ to be saved. Sometimes it is
bitterness, life's hardships, love for sin, wealth, false religion or family
tradition, to name a few reasons. The Devil hides the cross from the lost,
so they'll go to Hell.
It's
Not Too Late For You Friend
Kindly,
Steve Jobs died having a massive net worth of $10,200,000,000 ($19 billion
including his estate); yet he doesn't have a single penny in the fires of
Hell. I am saddened every time I think about it. God is not willing for
any to perish (2nd Peter 3:9 - Note: All Scriptures are quoted only from the
trustworthy King James Bible). We are all born with nothing, and we
die with nothing!!! 1st Timothy 6:7, “For we brought nothing into this
world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.”
The only thing
that will matter when we all die is whether or not we “DIE IN THE LORD.”
Revelation 14:13, “And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write,
Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from
henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours;
and their works do follow them.” Tragically, Steve Jobs did not die in
the Lord, but you can if you'd like. Steve Jobs found out what it means to
“DIE IN YOUR SINS” (John 8:24). Please don't go to Hell, whoever you may be.
It is so easy, free and simple to be saved. Please keep reading.
If you'd like to
know for sure that you are saved, that is, born-again, then you simply need
to BELIEVE THE GOSPEL. You are a sinner. You and are are both guilty sinners
in the sight of a holy God. Romans 3:23, “For all have
sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” No one deserves
Heaven, no one!
Because of our
sins, there is a penalty, which is death. Romans 6:23, “For
the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus
Christ our Lord.” This death includes a second death in the
Lake of Fire and brimstone. Revelation 21:8, “But the fearful, and
unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and
sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake
which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second
death.” The good news is that no one has to die the second
death. We all must die a physical death, but no one has to go to Hell. If
you go to Hell, it will only be because you deliberately rejected Jesus
Christ.
As we read in
Romans 6:23, eternal life is a “gift” from God. Like everything in this
world, nothing comes free. God sent His only begotten Son into the world,
Who died on the cross and with His blood paid for our sins. Jesus was
buried. Three days later He bodily resurrected from the dead. This is “the
Gospel,” as taught in the Holy Scriptures:
1st Corinthians 15:1-4, “Moreover, brethren, I declare
unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have
received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in
memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I
delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,
how that Christ died for our sins according to the
scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day
according to the scriptures.”
If you simply
BELIEVE in your heart by faith that Christ DIED on the cross
for YOUR SINS, and was BURIED, and RAISED UP
three days later, you are saved!
John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we
do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them,
This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he
hath sent.”
John 6:40, “And
this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son,
and believeth on him, may have everlasting life:
and I will raise him up at the last day.”
John 3:16-18, “For
God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to
condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that
believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned
already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son
of God.”
Galatians 3:2,
“This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the
law, or by the hearing of faith?”
We are saved by
believing, nothing else! To “repent” means “to change your mind.” Repentance
is toward the Gospel itself. No man has ever believed who didn't repent. If
you admit that you are a guilty sinner in God's holy eyes for breaking His
commandments (Romans 3:19), and receive (believe) the Gospel as payment for
your sins, you are immediately, irrevocably, securely and forever saved
(Romans 1:16; 1st Corinthians 1:21). It's as simple as that! Please read, “3,000
Souls Saved In One Day!”
Steve
Jobs trusted in the humanistic philosophies of Buddhism. To be saved, we all
need God's imputed
righteousness. If you doubt the Holy Bible, it is only because you have
never pursued the truth my friend. The Word of God came into men's hands by
approximately 40 different writers, over a time period of 1,500 years. These
writers were from different backgrounds, spoke different languages, some
were poor and others rich, some were young and others old, they came from
different countries, and yet the Bible all harmonizes into one
understandable manuscript. Only God could have done that, giving us the
Scriptures in a spectacular way, to give us evidence of the Bible's divine
origin. If someone doesn't believe that the Bible is God's inspired Word, it
is only because they choose not to in lieu of a preponderance of supportive
evidence affirming its divine origin.
Steve Jobs was a
brilliant computer designer and a skilled programmer; yet he died in his
sins without Jesus Christ as his personal Savior, and is now burning in the
fires of Hell forever. Revelation 20:15, “And whosoever was not found
written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” But you
say, “I don't believe in Hell.” You need to know that Revelation 21:8 lists
the type of people who will be cast into “the lake which burneth with
fire and brimstone,” which includes “THE UNBELIEVING”!!! Revelation
21:8, “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and
the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and
idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth
with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
The Bible also
lists the “fearful,” who I believe are people who are afraid of being
labeled as “religious” by their peers if they receive Jesus Christ, so they
avoid the Gospel. The truth is that you don't have to confess Christ to be
saved, just as among the chief rulers “MANY BELIEVED” in John 12:42-43, but
“THEY DID NOT CONFESS HIM” because of fear of persecution from the
Pharisees. I say these things kindly, but sternly. You have been warned!!! I
am being your friend, by telling you THE TRUTH. Please don't let pride,
fear, embarrassment, wealth, anger against God, or
the world's foolishness
cause you to burn in Hell for all eternity. Salvation is free to all, but
you have to receive the gift by faith alone to have it. You don't even have to
pray or ask God to save you, because He has already promised “TO SAVE
THEM THAT BELIEVE” (1st Corinthians 1:21). If your complete hope for
Heaven is that Christ DIED on the cross for your sins, was
BURIED, and RESURRECTED three days later for your
justification, YOU ARE SAVED!!! That is
THE GOSPEL.
Believe it oh sinner and eternal life is yours!
