Baptist Churches That Are No Better Than Seventh-day Adventists

2nd Timothy 4:4 and Titus 1:14, “And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. ... Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.”
I was listening to a local Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) radio station the other day. The radio host said something that disturbed me. He said that most people errantly think they've been born-again, when in reality they are not saved, because there has been no transforming character in their life.
He said that professed Christians who are still living in sin are not saved. I immediately thought about a local independent Baptist church, Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, who also have a radio station (KHMG 88.1 FM) and TEACH THE SAME EXACT FALSE DOCTRINE!
Harvest Baptist Church (HBC) is a major promoter of Dr. John MacArthur, who is a 5-point Calvinist, denies that Jesus' blood is on the heavenly Mercy Seat and teaches that Jesus didn't die for everyone (aka Limited Atonement).
May I say, kindly, that Calvinism (i.e., the heretical teachings of John Calvin, 1509-1564) is NOT the Gospel of free grace. I SAID CALVINISM IS NOT THE GOSPEL!!! John MacArthur is not saved, and yet Harvest Baptist Church sadly promotes his teachings. I am going to expose false prophets; I don't care if they are Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh-day Adventists or BAPTISTS!!!
Since the time that I attended Harvest Baptist Church for one year in 2014, I have been banned (in writing) by the pastors from returning to simply attend church services, because I am a truth-teller, and that is the last thing they want... THE TRUTH! God will judge between me and them, respectfully. Literally, the Devil has crept false doctrine into the churches. The apostate Bible colleges are largely to blame. The woeful source of attack against the Word of God today, SHOCKINGLY, are America's woeful BIBLE COLLEGES!!!!!! I don't have any statistics in front of me, but from all the preaching that I hear and churches that I research, I'd guesstimate that at least 50% of America's Baptist churches have fallen prey to the heresy of Lordship Salvation. There are two very distinctly different, drastically contradictory, plans of salvation circulating in Baptist churches today. ...
GOSPEL OF FREE GRACE - The first group believes in a free-grace view of the Gospel, which is the simplicity that is in Christ. Biblically, you simply acknowledge that you are a guilty sinner in God's holy eyes (which is repentance), and you believe the Gospel to be saved. If you didn't repent, you would never come to Christ at all. Repentance is simply “a change of mind,” nothing more. The object of repentance is believing the Gospel (Mark 1:15). This is the simplicity that is in Christ (2nd Corinthians 11:3). Eternal life is a free gift (Romans 5:15; 6:23). LORDSHIP SALVATION - In the second group, repentance is errantly redefined to mean “a change of mind that produces a change of life,” so that if there is no change of life, it is alleged that there was never any repentance. The object of repentance becomes a changed life, instead of believing the Gospel. Hence, childlike faith in Christ is no longer enough to be saved, they say. In addition, they say you must turn away from your sins, commit to living a holy life, completely surrender your will to Christ's Lordship, follow Jesus, and confess Christ before men, to be saved. This is a satanic heresy, Calvinism, which is often appropriately called, “Lordship Salvation!” Although they don't refer to their beliefs as Lordship Salvation, Seventh-day Adventists clearly teach a works-based plan of salvation, as do Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses. Only Biblical Christianity, which the trustworthy King James Bible upholds, teaches that salvation is entirely without human cost or effort. Check out the heretical book, “Steps To Christ,” by false prophetess, Ellen G. White (1827-1915). SDA's teach that man changes himself (reformation), which is exactly what adherents of the heresy of Lordship Salvation teach. In biblical salvation, the indwelling Holy Spirit changes a man, and not himself.
Thus, for anyone to require a person to be willing to turn away from living in sin to be saved is a false plan of salvation, which cannot produce the new birth. Partial faith in Christ plus a changed life is works for salvation (which is manmade religion and not the saving-power of the Gospel!). I am sick of Baptist pastors who seem doctrinally sound when you speak with them, but then they fully support corrupt pastors and churches that teach and promote Calvinism. IT IS WICKEDNESS!!! They go along to get along for money's sake, not willing to be outside the camp, not willing to suffer reproach.
I tell you, there is no wisdom nor honor in maintaining good relations with FALSE PROPHETS AND CORRUPT CHURCHES, lest you become partaker of their EVIL DEEDS. 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” Anyone that supports Harvest Baptist Church on Guam is partaker of their evil deeds! One of Harvest's associate pastors told me in 2015 that he esteems Paul Washer, Ray Comfort and John MacArthur all men of God. Oh boy, what a knucklehead!!! I say that kindly, but truthfully. Somebody needs to SPEAK UP for the truth, and I'm the fella!!!
I'd dare say at least half of the Baptist churches across America have been deceived by Satan, by idolizing and promoting heretics: Dr. John MacArthur and Evangelists Ray Comfort, Paul Washer and Billy Graham. These men are false prophets concerning the plan of salvation, turning the free grace of God into meritous religion. Let me show you how corrupt these ministers are...
Evangelist Ray Comfort Hinders This Woman From Being Saved, By Pressuring Her To Stop Her Sinning!!! (heretic!!!)
Dr. John MacArthur errantly teaches:
“Don’t believe anyone who says it’s easy to become a Christian. Salvation for sinners cost God His own Son; it cost God’s Son His life, and it’ll cost you the same thing.” —Dr. John MacArthur

In sharp contrast, the Bible teaches that eternal life is a free gift (Ephesians 2:8-10; Romans 5:15, 6:23). A “gift” is a take proposition, not a give proposition. Salvation is receiving, not achieving. God only saves those who are trusting to be saved, not those who are trying to be saved. MacArthur is very wrong to teach that the gift of God will cost a person everything. How is that a gift then?
Evangelist Paul Washer errantly teaches:
“But if you profess to have gone through the narrow gate, and yet you live in the broad way ... just like all the other people who are carnal and wicked ... the Bible wants you to know that you should be terribly, terribly afraid — you know not God.” (time: 24:37 in video)
Clearly, Paul Washer teaches that human effort is necessary to be saved. As a Calvinist, Washer believes that perseverance in holy living is required to be saved. Well, John Calvin (1509-1564) is burning in Hell this moment, who died in his heretical works-based salvation. I have nothing personal against any of these men; but rather, I am contending for the faith as Jude 1:3 commands me to do as a born-again Christian who cares.
Folks, you need to stop listening to Paul Washer! In this excellent video exposing Paul Washer, he plainly states that without works a person cannot be saved...
“No, if you don't have works, you're going to Hell.” —Evangelist Paul Washer
Blasphemy!!! In sharp contrast, the Word of God teaches that if your name's not written in the Lamb's Book Of Life you're going to Hell. Revelation 20:15, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Ephesians 2:10 teaches that God creates the believer in Christ Jesus “unto good works,” not by good works. The truth is that most religious leaders confuse Discipleship (following Christ for rewards), with Sonship (trusting Christ for salvation). Let's continue...
Evangelist Billy Graham errantly teaches:
“Like the rich young ruler of old, the student went away sad. He had counted the cost and was not able to pay the price of open acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as his Savior. We ask people to make a public confession of Christ in our meetings because Christ demanded a definite commitment. Christ had reasons for demanding that people openly follow Him. He knew that an unwitnessed vow is no vow at all. Until you have surrendered to Christ by a definite act of your will, you are not a Christian.”

Wrong! The rich young ruler in Luke 18:18-24 didn't get saved because he refused to acknowledge his sinnership. Instead, he boasted of having kept the whole law since his youth. Jesus pointed out that he was covetous, having amassed wealth without being rich toward God. Jesus used the Law of God (Ten Commandments) the way it was intended to be used, that is, as a measuring stick by which when men compare themselves, they fall short of the glory of God; thus realizing their desperate need for the Savior (Galatians 3:24-25). The rich young ruler needed to realize that HE WAS A SINNER, totally incapable of meriting or earning salvation. I've often said that the hardest part about getting people saved is getting them lost. Well, Jesus was trying to show this young man that he was lost.
In sharp contrast, Ray Comfort, John MacArthur and Paul Washer all foolishly teach that the reason why the rich young ruler didn't get saved is because he counted the cost and wasn't willing to pay the price of forsaking his sins. That's so very wrong! You don't get saved by forsaking sinful behavior and trusting Christ, because that is human effort plus partial faith in Christ. You get saved by realizing that you are a guilty sinner in the eyes of a holy God, incapable of doing anything to save yourself, and you completely trust Christ. Mark 1:15, “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
These dangerous teachings are not the Gospel as taught in the Holy Bible. There's not one Scripture in the Bible which teaches that a person must surrender or make a commitment to follow Jesus Christ to be saved. Rather, the Bible simply tells us to “BELIEVE.” John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” [emphasis added]
The Bible takes the guesswork entirely out of the matter, by plainly defining what the Gospel is:
1st Corinthians 15:1-4, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” [emphasis added]
Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith. God will not save anyone who is trying to be saved, He will only save those who are trusting to be saved. END
How Permanent Is Your Salvation? (an excellent MP3 sermon by Dr. Hank Lindstrom, 1940-2008)
“Nobody can
love God who doesn't love sinners!”
(a quote by Dr. Jack Hyles classic MP3
sermon, “The
Happiest Man”
(happiest is the man who will not impute sin to others!)
Matthew 9:37-38, “Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
If you believe what the Bible teaches, attend a church that teaches the Bible!
