One of the most dangerous Bible translations today is the New
International Version (NIV). The name “international” is very
accurate, because the NIV's translators invited religious scholars from
around the world, from various religious denominations to help produce
the new text. Sadly, the New International Version (NIV) still outsells
the King James Bible (KJB). In 2016, the
New International Reader's
Version (NIRV) is outselling the KJB.[1]
This particular version (the NIRV) is aimed at teenagers,
and it is even worse than the NIV.
Here is a disturbing quote from the preface to the revised 2011 New International Version of the Bible...
The complete NIV Bible was first published in 1978. It was a completely new translation made by over a hundred scholars working directly from the best available Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek texts. The translators came from the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, giving the translation an international scope. They were from many denominations and churches — including Anglican, Assemblies of God, Baptist, Brethren, Christian Reformed, Church of Christ, Evangelical Covenant, Evangelical Free, Lutheran, Mennonite, Methodist, Nazarene, Presbyterian, Wesleyan and others. This breadth of denominational and theological perspective helped to safeguard the translation from sectarian bias. I'm not familiar with all the listed denominations, but I am familiar with some. Lutherans for example, adhere to the heretical teachings of Martin Luther, a false prophet who required water baptism and communion to be saved. These are referred to as “sacramental salvation.” The Assemblies Of God teach that you can lose your salvation, which means that human effort is required to stay saved. This is salvation by works, and is a false Gospel. If you believe that you can lose your salvation, you need to get born-again for real this time. You are not saved if you think you can lose the gift of God. Church of Christ plainly teach that water baptism, confessing Christ publicly, forsaking sinful behavior, and living faithfully are all required to be saved. These are the reprobate religious cults that the NIV committee invited to help them make their new Bible version. Even a fool can see that Satan is behind all this evil tampering with the Bible. Thank God for the King James Bible, which is very biased against sin, homosexuals, greedy Bible corrupters, false prophets and the sinful world!
The NIV is THE ANTICHRIST'S BIBLE! Not too long ago I handed a hardcopy of Dr. Al Lacy's book, “NIV: THE ANTICHRIST'S BIBLE,” to an Independent Baptist Pastor. He was offended by it. It led to my being forced to leave the church. They called Dr. Jack Hyles “a cult” (which includes me) for his King James ONLYism preaching. Anyway, the church's senior pastor who was offended by Dr. Al Lacy's book is a really nice guy, but deceived on numerous issues. Sadly, he teaches the heresy of Lordship Salvation. He distributes John MacArthur study materials to the congregation. He also endorses and uses the modern Luciferian Bible versions, but doesn't realize the spiritual damage that he is doing. As Dr. Ralph Yankee Arnold wisely points out in his sermons—Many pastors today are good men, who began preaching the truth of the Gospel, but they have slowly changed their position on salvation because of listening to corrupted popular radio teachers like John MacArthur, R.C. Sproul and John Piper (all heretical Calvinists). Oh to God that these preachers would return to “the simplicity that is in Christ” (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4). Being saved is simple, staying saved even easier! (an awesome MP3 sermon by Dr. Ralph Yankee Arnold).
Notice in the earlier quote I shared with you from the 2011 NIV's preface, that they think it was a good thing to let everyone have a say in how the new NIV should have been translated: “This breadth of denominational and theological perspective helped to safeguard the translation from sectarian bias.” In reality, all they did was butcher the Words of God, watering-it-down to appeal to their own prejudices. That's why they removed the word “sodomite,” knowing that American society is headed toward total acceptance of the sin of homosexuality (notice “Presbyterians” in the earlier quote) in all its disgusting and filthy forms (pederasts, pedophilia, transvestites, transgendered, lesbianism, bestiality, cross-dressing, voyeurs, et cetera). Pedophilia is the new frontier in America, the next perverse trend. It happened in Greece and Rome, and it will happen in the United States. A nation without respect for the God of the Bible is doomed.
Sectarian is defined as: “A member of a sect who is intolerant of the views of any other sect.”
The NIV's translators wanted to appease all the different major evangelical sects without the whole of perceived, “Christendom,” which includes many unsaved sects! Lutherans are not true Christians, because they trust in baptism to save them. If any Lutheran denies this claim, then you need to ask them why they call themselves “Lutherans,” because Martin Luther mandated water baptism for salvation in his catechisms written in 1529 (Luther claims to have been saved “by faith” in 1517). Clearly, something is VERY WRONG with this picture!!! A man who claims to be saved by faith, while requiring water baptism for salvation, is a false teacher! In the Epistle of 1st John, the Apostle John tells how to “KNOW that ye have eternal life” that we are saved (1st John 5:13b); yet he NEVER even once mentions baptism of any form. Martin Luther was a Master Of Deceit!
Without any doubt, the NIV is a product of Ecumenism at its best and worst. There is nothing Biblically good about ecumenism (the hobnobbing of different religious sects to further better understanding and cooperation between the groups). The end result has always been apostasy!!! God commands us as Christian believers to “COME OUT from among them, and be ye separate” (2nd Corinthians 6:17). We rarely hear any teaching these days from religious radio teachers (they're sure not preachers) about separating from unbelievers. Instead, all we hear is Pastor Rick Warren promoting cooperation between evangelicals and Roman Catholics, and between Christians and Muslims, et cetera. Rick Warren is a member of The Council On Foreign Relations (CFR), and is serving THE DEVIL!!! Please don't be sucked into his demonic apostasy!
Friend, you cannot trust the New International Version (not in any of its editions, i.e., NIV, TNIV, NIRV, 1984 NIV, etc). The Devil knows that the easiest and surest way to destroy you is to con you into replacing your trustworthy King James Bible with a worthless substitute. It's your choice. You do have a choice! I hope and pray that you'll choose the precious King James Bible if you haven't already done so. The King James Bible, yes, that's the Book for me!!! END
