LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for

I was disgusted today as I listen to a Bob Jones chapel service on 'The
Daily Platform' (#670, titled: 'The
Inspiration Of The Bible'). BJU Vice President Sam Horn preached the
sermon. Sam Horn sounds like Kermit
the Frog preaching...lol. I listened to the entire sermon, eagerly
awaiting for him to say something of substance, but he didn't! In fact, as
you will hear for yourself (if you dare to endure his boring message), it is
one of the lamest sermons I have ever heard! I thought I was listening to
Ravi Zacharias for a moment (wh whawa
whawa wha whaa whaa). Talk about a cure for insomnia!
Dr. Sam Horn gently scolds students for “not being impressed about the
inspiration of the Bible.” Well, why would they when BJU denies the
inspiration of the King James Bible? In the classic sermon titled,
'THE
REAL BATTLE,' Pastor
Jack
Hyles says:
“
Dr. Horn then reminds the students that they regularly recite the Bob Jones' Creed, which begins with this statement:
“We believe in the inspiration of the Bible (both the Old and the New Testaments);”
At 16:20 time in the sermon, Dr. Horn rightly says that God did not merely breath out some inspiring thoughts to holy, set apart men, but the very Words of God them self. These were no ordinary Words! Now here's where he goes astray, in the next statement. Dr. Horn says at the end of the day, that the words they wrote in the “original document that was produced was the very Words of God, and that's what you and I hold in our hand.” There's a big problem here! If BJU used only the King James Bible and believed it to be verbally inspired by God, then I could applaud Sam Horn and BJU; but unfortunately, they believe something radically different! Bob Jones University totally contradicts their creed in their positional statement on the Bible:
“Bob Jones University holds to the verbal, plenary inspiration of the Bible in the original manuscripts and that God has supernaturally preserved His inspired words in the totality of extant manuscript evidence.
The position of the University on biblical translations has not changed since the founding of the school in 1927. Although Bob Jones University does not hold to a King James Only position, and from the founder to the present administration, we have never taken the position that there can be only one good translation in the English language, we continue to use the King James Version (KJV) as the campus standard in the undergraduate classroom and chapel pulpit.” [emphasis added]

Well which is it? Dear reader, Bob Jones University CANNOT have it both ways! They cannot claim in their CREED to believe in the inspiration of the Bible, but then in their POSITION say they only believe the “original manuscripts” were inspired. If only the original manuscripts were inspired (which no longer exist), then we cannot have an inspired Bible today! BJU says God has supernaturally preserved those inspired words, but they are no longer inspired. If ONLY the original documents are inspired, then BJU cannot also say that the modern Bible revisions are inspired. They either ARE or they AREN'T, but it cannot be both.
1st Kings 18:21, “And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.” Like Elijah the prophet, faithful men of God (Al Lacy, Peter Ruckman, James Sightler, Bob Gray Sr., Lester Roloff, Jack Hyles and a living dog like me) have called BJU's apostasy out, asking them as did Elijah did—HOW LONG HALT YE BETWEEN TWO OPINIONS? Either the King James Bible is verbally inspired or it is not!!! What is wrong with Bob Jones University? Why does Sam Horn parade an inspired Bible to 2,700 students that they don't really believe is inspired? That is insanity! HOW LONG HALT YE BETWEEN TWO OPINIONS?
There are literally HUNDREDS of English Bible revisions today. They cannot all be God's preserved Words. For Sam Horn to even dare speak of an “inspired Bible” is as wicked as can be, in view of the fact that their college maintains that only the “original manuscripts” were inspired. Bob Jones literally talks out of both sides of their mouths! I mean, are God's words preserved but not inspired anymore?; or are they preserved words and still inspired; and if they are preserved and still inspired, then why does BJU say that the “original manuscripts” were inspired? What the hell is going on in South Carolina at BJU? I wonder if they even know among themselves!!! I proclaim THE TRUTH that the 'King James Bible' is both preserved and verbally inspired by God!!! Those eternal words were inspired by God in Heaven, before the Lord ever spoke the first Word to Moses (Psalms 119:89).
Do they really believe in an inspired Bible at BJU? Since they sanction the Alexandrian Bible revisions, and say Westcott and Hort were men of God, and that the new Bible revisions (which errantly redefine repentance to mean “a change of life”) are also God's Word—how can we trust anything Bob Jones University says? U.S. President Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) had enough sense to see the dilemma between having two opposing sides in a debate, both claiming to be doing God's will...

In their contradictory Statement of Faith, BJU says:
“God has supernaturally preserved His inspired words in the totality of extant manuscript evidence.”
That means BJU sanctions the corrupt 1881 Greek New Testament of Brooke Westcott and Fenton Hort (which the Jehovah's Witness use because it attacks Jesus' deity). Pastor Max D. Younce exposes just how corrupt Westcott and Hort were, in this excellent eye-opening study on the King James Bible. Kindly, Bob Jones' leaders are talking trash! Sam Horn (their Vice President) touts the Bible as being inspired. If you listen to the sermon, you'll notice that he is careful never to mention the King James Bible even once! That speaks volumes ladies and gentlemen! Please do not be deceived by the inspiration-denying Bob Jones camp! Pastor Jack Hyles rightly said:
“I'm tired of colleges and universities advertising that they use the King James Bible. Tell the whole story! Tell everyone that you do not believe that it is inspired word for word.” —Dr. Jack Hyles, “The Need For An Every Word Bible,” page 54
BJU clearly
states in their doctrinal position on different Bible translations, that
they support “the totality of extant manuscript evidence.” Well then we've
got a BIG PROBLEM, because God only authored ONE HOLY BIBLE, but we've got
multiple conflicting authorities!!! Dr. Peter Ruckman (1921-2016) is a
graduate of Bob Jones University. In fact, he also has an earned Master's
and Doctorate's degree from BJU. This dear man of God blew a gasket in
righteous anger, when he realized that Satan is using Bible colleges like
Bob Jones to destroy the faith of young people!
The Bob Jones Crowd Are Part of The Alexandrian Perverted Bible Cult

Ruckman thankfully wrote a powerful and brilliant series of articles titled:
'The
Alexandrian Cult Series,' exposing Bob Jones University for promoting
TWO AUTHORITIES! God gave the human race only ONE AUTHORITY, which is His
inspired Word. Satan came along and said in Genesis 3:1b, “Hath God
said,” perverting what God had commanded Adam and Eve in Genesis
2:16-17, which was the first corrupt Satanic Bible revision! Now Eve had TWO
AUTHORITIES, which required her to decide between the TWO, elevating herself
as a THIRD AUTHORITY.
In the year 1881 Satan used two unsaved Catholic-affiliated Anglican ministers named Brooke Westcott (1825-1901) and Fenton Hort (1828-1892), to introduce a SECOND AUTHORITY to the world. This necessitated a THIRD AUTHORITY, which is human scholarship! All across the world today, mortal men (educated scholars) sit in judgment upon the tried, tested and proven inspired Words of almighty God—twisting, changing, removing, adding, correcting and wrestling the Word of God to their own destruction (2nd Peter 3:16-17).

Dr. Sam Horn says the Bible is not just thought inspired, but verbally inspired (in the original document only). So how can he say the Bible is inspired if we don't have it anymore? How can BJU claim that 'THE TOTALITY OF EXTANT MANUSCRIPTS' are preserved by God, when today's hundreds of English Bible revisions drastically disagree in so many places; particularly regarding the deity of Jesus, Godhead and His preeminence? Take a look at a comparison of Psalms 12:6-7 in THIRTEEN different Bible versions! This is horrifying, and proof of Satanic corruption! Let's examine 1st Timothy 3:16, and also Matthew 8:2. Folks, Bob Jones College are pulling on the same rope as the Devil, going along to get along with the ungodly religious scene in American today. They don't want to suffer reproach for the name of Jesus Christ! They don't want to be put outside the gate with the Lamb of God! A hurting dog barks! All I wanted was to come back to church at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam (since 2014 until present), to have a family in the Lord, and hopefully find a wife; but nooooo, they have to be cruel and ostracize me for being different (Hyles-Anderson College different). Well, now I have a reason to preach against and expose the Bob Jones crowd! Great job everyone! Way to go Harvest!!! Where dwelleth the love of God? Like Bob Jones Jr. taught by shameful example—it's easier to label someone and reject them, than it is to embrace, love and understand them. Like Rambo says, “They drew first blood!” I will continue to preach THE TRUTH; which got me forced out, banned and despised by Harvest Baptist Church on Guam! God is on my side, because I am telling THE TRUTH (Romans 3:4). Dr. Sam Horn of Bob Jones University is a deceiver to say that we have an inspired Bible today, when they BLATANTLY CLAIM in their Statement of Faith that only the “original manuscripts” were inspired by God. God knows that I love the Bob Jones crowd, both in the states and on Guam. I love all my neighbours. I love everyone with God's love. Right doctrine matters! I care. Sometimes I care too much, so it discourages me when other professed Christians in the Bob Jones camp don't care about the Bible purity, correct doctrine, the accuracy of the Gospel, or little ole me. I need their love, and a church family, but they have coldly rejected me since 2014, because I faithfully stood for the King James Bible (and against the Devil's Alexandrian Bibles). They didn't like that! Galatians 4:16, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?” The very church that the apostle Paul started, counted him their enemy when he told them they had been corrupted. Harvest Baptist Church on Guam has been corrupted by Bob Jones University! They no longer teach the Gospel. They cannot get the Bible right. They cannot get the Gospel right. They cannot love their neighbour as their self, which I am living proof on the island of Guam.
I suffer with Christ outside the gate, who was also despised and rejected of men (Isaiah 53:3). One of Jesus' own apostles betrayed Him. If a local New Testament church can despise an apostle for telling the truth, then who am I? I have told THE TRUTH, which is all I can do! I rejoice in God my Savior, Jesus Christ.
