As diligently as I try to extract and save some websites, there is no way I can download and save them all. I've been using Teleport Pro for over a decade to download entire websites. I like the program and recommend it. It's about $50 but it's worth every penny. I'm not associated with the company. I just found it years ago on the internet and have used it since. I use the program option to “duplicate” a website on my hardrive. I use an external USB drive (2 Terabytes). I'd avoid drives bigger than this, because I've had compatibility issues with them. I'd rather have three 1 TB drives, than 1 drive of 3 TB. There's safety in numbers (i.e., if one goes bad, and they do sometimes). NEVER trust important data to just one media source. Make multiple backups!
